Who is eligible for a Charity Charge card?
501(c)(3) nonprofits, schools, religious organizations, associations, and purpose-driven companies are eligible. We approve based on your organization's EIN, not personal credit scores. There's no impact on individual credit reports.

What's the difference between the Nonprofit Credit Card and the Corporate Card?
Both cards offer zero annual fees, unlimited team cards, and nonprofit-first support.
The Nonprofit Credit Card is designed for 501(c)(3) organizations with features like QuickBooks integration and board transition support.
The Corporate Card offers unlimited 1.5% cash back, premium travel perks (Priority Pass, restaurant/hotel discounts), and enhanced spend controls, making it ideal for organizations with higher spending volume or those focused on maximizing rebates.

How does the cash back work on the Corporate Card?
You earn 1.5% cash back on every purchase automatically, no spending caps, no rotating categories. Cash back is credited to your account monthly and can be used however you need. There are no point expirations or complicated redemption requirements.
Can I issue cards to multiple team members?
Yes, both cards allow unlimited card issuance with no per-card fees. You can set individualised spending limits, restrict merchant categories, and track all transactions in real-time through our dashboard. This works well for organizations with multiple staff users.
What happens when our Executive Director or board leadership changes?
Your account remains active without interruption. Because your account is tied to your organization's EIN rather than any individual's credit, leadership transitions don't affect your card access or credit history. Simply update authorised users through our live support team. We specialise in helping with board elections and staff changes.
Are there any hidden fees?

How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1-2 business days. You'll speak with a Nonprofit Ambassador throughout the process to ensure your account is set up correctly. Cards typically arrive within 7-10 business days of approval.
